In-stock items have a processing time of 1-2 business days and ship via standard ground services such as UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First-Class Mail. Actually delivery will then take approximately 2-7 days after leaving our warehouse depending upon your mailing address.
We currently ship to the all 50 states in the United States, however Alaska and Hawaii carry an additional shipping charge of $75.
Returns are accepted within 14-days from the date that your order shipped. If it has been more than 14 days unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return the hoverboard:
- Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Must be in the original packaging and contain all parts originally included.
- Hoverboards with a broken case seal are not eligible for exchange and also voids the warranty.
Items returned with any sort of cosmetic (scratches, blemishes, worn tires, etc) or mechanical (broken gyro, bent wheel, etc) damage will not be accepted.
To complete your return, please send an e-mail containing your order number and the reason for the return to us. We will then provide additional instructions as well as the address to our return facility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned hoverboard. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
